Hay

We rely on over fifteen years of contact with growers to find the best quality hay available in northern California. We take great care in evaluating for moisture content, damage, weeds, and other undesirable material prior to purchasing in large quantities. Our focus is on the best available hay for horses.

Our delivery service is unmatched. We provide fast turn-around, and custom-stack the bales as requested by the customer. If a client has special hay needs, we are willing to scour the region for the best type that will meet his or her requirements. We also keep our customers advised, via our regular newsletter, regarding hay availability, quality, and price.

Oat Hay

We purchase locally, in one of the best oat hay growing regions in the west; later in the year we purchase from other areas of northern California that produce top quality hay.

Alfalfa Hay

We purchase locally, in one of the most productive alfalfa growing regions of the state. We also buy from other regions known for high quality alfalfa suitable for horses.

Grass Hay

We keep track of and purchase a variety of grass hays to meet the growing demand for this product. Depending on availability, we sell timothy, rye grass, orchard grass and meadow grass, as well as some grass-alfalfa mixes.
